Cline's Weekend

This past weekend we had Stephen's parents up to visit. Most of the time when we get together it is for a day or maybe even a few hours so we decided a few months ago to plan a full weekend were we could just hang out and have more time to be together. They came in Friday night and we headed to the local O'Charley's for some dinner. We came back to the house and just had to teach them how to play the Wii. So Fun!!! Mama Cline did VERY well for her first time...throwing quite a few strikes! And Papa Cline was so into rolling it just as if he were at the bowling alley that he took two steps to throw the ball...looked so real. It was so much fun. Then Saturday Stephen and his dad headed out to the local Waffle House while Mama Cline and I headed to the Flea Market and hit up some furniture stores. Saturday afternoon Stephen's Uncle, Aunt, two cousins and Mom 2 and Mr. Pierce came for dinner and to celebrate both Uncle Gerone and Mama Cline's birthdays. Dinner was AMAZING as it always is when Stephen grills and the fellowship was so fun. It was so great to have everyone together at our home. Then Sunday we headed to church and then out to eat. After lunch we headed back to the house for them to pack up. They decided to take with them Stephen's sofa from his apartment that we had had in our garage. It was a tight squeeze to make it fit but we got it in and now we have so much extra room in our garage. After everyone left on Sunday I decided I would attempt the Homemade Peach Ice cream recipe that hangs in my kitchen my my great grandaddy Ralph. With all the peaches Mom 2 brought us I thought now was a good time to try. The weekend was a blast and Stephen and I can't wait to do it again real soon.
